Wendy Vineyard is an author and expert at healing the root causes of physical and emotional challenges – naturally. She supports professional women eager to regain control of their busy lives.
Wendy is passionate about inspiring women to achieve their health and wellness goals, manage their aging process, and learn how to look – and feel – 10 or more years younger than their chronological age.
After meeting and studying with some of the world’s leading innovators of youthful aging, Wendy identified the ‘de-aging secrets’ to help women live well now, and maintain that higher quality life longer. She’s also demystified this process and developed a series of step-by-step, healthy daily habits to achieve results faster, easier and with less stress.
This is the subject of Wendy’s latest book, Powerful Habits to Grow Younger Every Day – Look and Feel 10 Years Younger – Naturally!, set for publication in 2014. She’s also co-written Trusted Experts, a book of insights and inspiration, and Eat Well, Live Well – Wellness Guide & Recipes for Vibrant Health.
Wendy earned an honours degree in journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario and launched a 20-year career in journalism and corporate communications. In 2004, she chose to pursue her life-long interest in natural healing and to improve her own body/mind health and wellness. Wendy’s training in mind-body techniques includes board certification in Neuro-Linguist Programming, plus the professional designations of holistic health practitioner, aromatherapist, reflexologist and Reiki Master.
