Regina Newberry has twenty years of automotive manufacturing experience. Awarded with special recognition for her ability to proactively identify and implement procedural improvements, she is currently the founder and CEO of Outdo Wit Consulting Group, LLC, where she partners with companies to help them realize greater potential using new, innovative techniques. Her accomplishments include managing multiple global customers and suppliers while achieving on-time delivery of high-quality products, with superb customer service. She is known for building power teams and implementing, executing, and launching cost-reduction strategies. Her experience, education, and internal talents allow her to discern issues and create innovative solutions.
As industries grow and technology increases, responsibilities shift. Now, more than ever before, companies must plan carefully and hone in on their best asset, their people. In her experience, Regina has seen firsthand how unprepared many companies are as roles stretch and are altered. She gladly steps in to offer resolutions to support multiple businesses in achieving and sustaining financial growth, combined with harmony throughout departments.
Regina Newberry is best known for faithful service. She is very active in the community and serves on the board of directors for a 46-year-old nonprofit community service organization that implements programs for at-risk neighborhoods in the Detroit metropolitan areas. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., the first Greek-lettered sorority established and incorporated by African-American college women. More importantly, she truly enjoys serving at her local church as an adult Sunday school teacher, choir member, and church nurse.
