Anm Pek is the founder and master trainer of Game of Life Academy, devoted to providing creative education with gamification for empowerment and learning. Anm and her team guide individuals to accomplish their study or career goals by imparting practical, proven and powerful gamification techniques to be at peak performance and unleash their full potential. Anm has lead Game of Life Academy into experiential and interactive training for companies and organisations to build high-performance teams and winning culture through gamification techniques. By playing the right games, a company or an organisation can foster a highly motivated, engaged, and productive, a winning environment that provides conditions for its leaders, employees, customers to succeed and grow together.
Anm is the creator of the reality game, Game of Life: The Awakening of HeroesTM, the number 1 gamified online course that she and her trainers have developed over the years, to train individuals to empower themselves and achieve their goals faster and easier than they ever imagined. Anm also created FlashbackTM and RecollectTM – the collaborative enrichment and learning card games to develop association skill, creativity and Socratic questioning. Anm innovated and combined brainstorming and mind mapping into one and called it Game MappingTM.
Anm is the published author of The Secret Code: Is It for Real?, with forewords by Asia’s Top Success Coach, Adam Khoo and 77th Street Founder, Elim Chew. It is a creative and practical book that brings together the essence of games, art, and stories to help people in their learning with a game-like leveling up approach.
She is also an educator, currently holding a position of associate lecturer at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Republic Polytechnic, Singapore. Anm appears on the Dean’s list for her Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology and Design, and received numerous distinctions and merit awards throughout her studies. In July 2014, she graduated with a Master of Science in Digital Media Technology (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore). Her research paper titled, Design and Development Beyond Fun: Serious Games with Social Impact has built her a strong foundation in the areas of gamification for empowering, learning, training and business.
