Kevin Judge brings a wealth of global knowledge, experience, and practical advice to the stage. For over two decades, he worked in the corporate world as a contributor, collaborative partner, leader, and business coach and consultant across multiple industries and geographies, small and large organizations, and climates of growth and decline. After experiencing first-hand the good, the bad, and the ugly of corporate leadership (27 bosses in 21 years!) Kevin was inspired to start his book, How to Fix a Bad Boss: 8 Ways to End the Trail of Distress in the Workplace and Create a Winning Manager-Employee Relationship (2018). Today, Kevin runs his own business (Ridgehouse Consulting), helping individuals and businesses create and execute rock-solid plans, to think and do business differently than most others, to move from thinking to doing, and to standout from the crowd so they can be successful in a fiercely competitive market. On the corporate side, he provides executive coaching, human resources, and talent management solutions. While building his executive coaching practice, Kevin noticed his colleagues loved to coach and really struggled with marketing and sales. With a vision to help coaches turn their passion for helping others into a thriving coaching business, Kevin started LucrativeCoaching.com. He also co-authored Multiply Your Coaching Business: 10 New Marketing Realities for the Coaching & Consulting Industries with the help of Gerry Robert, his mentor and 30-year sales & marketing guru. Kevin is on a mission to help coaches get more clients, transform more lives, and make great money doing it.
