Costel Coravu is the author of the book “Stop Confusion – All You Need to Know and Wikipedia Cannot Tell You About How to Have Clarity and Success”, and of the upcoming book “Don’t Put Up Fire! Plant Seeds! – Be an Excellent Leader and Enjoy Life: A Practical Guide for Authentic Leadership”. After 15 years of “fight” in international management trenches, in which he earned a good reputation, he became a creator of workshops, seminars, and personal development and coaching programs. Costel knows the challenges facing professionals in the business field and supports them to reach their full leadership potential and get the desired results.
As a PCC ICF accredited coaching professional, with more than 1500 coaching hours delivered, from his position as 2012 – 2013 and 2014 – 2015 president of the Romanian Coach Guild – ARC association (www. coaching-arc.ro), Costel contributes to the rise of professionalism level in coaching through the supervision of other coaches and through his activity as mentor in coach training courses.
He is one of the founders of the “COACHING PARTNERS” coach training school, highly appreciated by its participants and graduates. He is very passionate in supporting the transformation of the educational system by acting as expert in European projects, aimed to help school teachers to switch from teaching to learning facilitation.
