Dealing with an immense amount of financial stress at home causes employee burnout, higher turnover and ultimately hinders work performance and business profitability. Anna Belov, Author, MBA, PHR empowers leaders by showing their teams how they can catapult themselves out of paycheque-to-paycheque existence, achieve personal and career goals, and enjoy every day at the office as if it were a holiday.
When Anna and her husband both lost their jobs in 2012, they were determined to take control of the situation and build a safety net for the future so that they would never have to face another personal financial and emotional crisis. Over the next three years, Anna learned how to stop money from leaking through her fingers, pay down debt and accumulate assets. She acquired 12 rental units while working full time. Since then, Anna grew into a ninja asset manager and investor.
