Allan Thomas Chiulli is a business executive and serial entrepreneur. He created start-ups in retail brokerage, asset management, equity trading technology and education. Allan is currently developing a blockchain-based research platform for the brokerage industry. As an inventor, he holds 14 U.S. patents and several international patents. Allan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and a M.S. in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
